1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkedAID's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LinkedAID provides access to verified, warmed-up LinkedIn profiles and related infrastructure on a rental basis for business outreach activities. Account specifications, outreach capacity, pricing, and availability may vary depending on the selected pricing plan.

3. Acceptable Use

Clients agree to use rented profiles responsibly and in accordance with LinkedAID's usage guidelines. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activities
  • Phishing, scams, or impersonation
  • Illegal activities
  • Distribution of malware or harmful content
  • Activities that may significantly increase the risk of account restrictions

LinkedAID reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for prohibited use.

4. Account Usage Rules

To maintain account stability, Clients agree not to:

  • Change the profile's first name or last name
  • Change the profile photo without approval
  • Change account credentials
  • Access the account from unauthorized devices or environments
  • Use unapproved browser extensions or automation tools
  • Exceed recommended outreach limits provided by LinkedAID

Failure to follow usage guidelines may affect replacement eligibility.

5. Account Availability & Replacements

LinkedAID makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain account availability. If an account becomes restricted, LinkedAID will attempt recovery. If recovery is unsuccessful, a replacement account may be provided according to the active service plan. Replacement eligibility may be affected if account usage guidelines have been violated.

6. Payments & Billing

Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of service. All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated by LinkedAID.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available if LinkedAID is unable to deliver the purchased profiles or service. Once account access has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for restrictions, performance fluctuations, changes to third-party platforms, or violations of LinkedAID's usage guidelines.

8. Third-Party Platforms

LinkedAID is not affiliated with LinkedIn. Clients acknowledge that LinkedIn may modify its policies, security systems, verification requirements, or platform functionality at any time. LinkedAID cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

LinkedAID provides access to account infrastructure but does not guarantee:

  • Outreach performance
  • Response rates
  • Meeting bookings
  • Lead generation results
  • Revenue outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedAID shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

LinkedAID reserves the right to terminate services with at least 14 days' notice if a Client repeatedly violates these Terms or account usage guidelines and fails to address such violations after receiving notice from LinkedAID.

In cases involving fraud, illegal activity, security risks, or prohibited use, LinkedAID may suspend or terminate services immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

LinkedAID may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
